Cold Brew
Cold brew coffee is one of the simplest ways to make coffee. Best of all, it’s a method you can scale up or down because it will stay fresh and delicious for up to ten days after it’s made.
1. Coarsely grind fresh coffee.
A coarse grind should be about the size and texture of kosher salt.
2. Steep coffee in water for 16–24 hours, gently stirring to ensure that all of the grounds are saturated.
3. If you're using a French press, push the plunger down and slowly move all grinds to the bottom of the French press.
Otherwise, strain concentrate into another container using a cheesecloth and store in the refrigerator for up to ten days.
4. When ready to drink, dilute the concentrate with a 1:1 ratio of water or milk and enjoy!
